Our Supported Employment Program pre-screens and trains people for competitive employment throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. Since these persons served are highly motivated, they may be better at filling your employment needs than candidates from traditional sources.
We aim to reduce your employee turnover while offering meaningful work to someone who appreciates employment and the independence it provides.
An employer’s liability for individuals in Supported Employment is the same across the board. The hiring process is virtually the same. We can also serve as the Employer of Record if you are looking to hire 3 individuals or more! Additionally, we will cover all Worker’s Compensation insurance and tax expenses.
